AviaEd appreciates your interest in our company. Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are of paramount importance to us. We therefore, employ technical and organizational security measures to protect any personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons. Any personal data collected by our company is only used for the purpose of customer fulfillment, administration, product surveys and marketing; and only to the extent necessary in each specific case. AviaEd does not sell or offer any personal information provided to other companies, marketers, magazines or any third parties who have not signed a confidentiality agreement with our company. Disclosure of personal data to governmental agencies occurs only were it is required by law.

Cancellation Policy

AviaEd reserves the right to cancel any training program for any reason. In such cases a full refund and notice will be sent. Once registration is received, refunds will be issued to those who cancel, in writing, 15 business days prior to the scheduled training; minus a 20% processing fee. Substitutions will be accepted without penalty at any time prior to training. All no-shows will be charged a full registration fee.
