Chris Pheasant, Associate Facilitator / TSA Regulatory Training expert

Mr. Pheasant has a wide-ranging security background in private industry, law enforcement, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. During his tenure with the law enforcement community, his assignments have been in both uniformed and undercover enforcement duties. He is currently serving with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department as a reserve officer at the Sacramento International Airport (SMF).

He is a certified academy instructor for the Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC).

Following the September 11th attack on our nation, Mr. Pheasant joined the TSA as a Transportation Security Inspector (Regulatory). Assignments included the San Francisco International Airport, Sacramento International Airport, various Category IV airports and the Lihue Airport on Kauai, Hawaii.

He brings eight years of regulatory experience working with aircraft operators, airports, airport security, cargo carriers, and other regulated aviation entities. Mr. Pheasant developed and taught classes on incident report writing to TSA employees, was certified as a regulatory OJT instructor and, has been instrumental in revising numerous Airport Security Programs.

He has demonstrated his expertise in TSA regulatory inspection processes, Enforcement Investigative Reporting (EIR) processes, and security vulnerability assessments at aviation facilities. He past experience in developing communications equipment technical documents and Quality System Procedures provide clients with diversified expertise.
