Jacqueline Simpson has over ten years in the aviation industry. Her strengths include airline management, budget control and development, vendor/contract negotiations and coordination. She is well versed in customer service, sales and marketing, community relations, and training development. She further possesses a diverse background in retail merchandising to include sales, service, marketing, and inventory control.
As an airline manager she developed and maintained an active positive relationship with local airport authorities as well as county, state, and federal government agencies.
Mrs. Simpson holds a degree in business management and certificate from M.A.G.I.C. Guest Services from Disney University and continues her education by participating in professional supervisory and management training programs.
