Ms. de Rodriguez has over two decades of industry experience which includes airline station operations management and specializes in airport security, aviation ramp safety, airline operations, and travel-related customer service. She is an expert in Transportation Security Administration airport regulations and their affects on commercial service airport security coordinators. Ms. de Rodriguez uses dynamic facilitation skills to educate work force groups on job-related responsibilities, equipment procedures and compliance issues.
She completed the Airport Executive Leadership Program sponsored by Airports Council International and conducted by the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University with a worldwide group of airport management personnel. Ms. de Rodriguez holds a Master of Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design from Missouri State University. She is a adjunct professor at ERAU for airport security.
She is an active member in ACI-NA Public Safety and Security Seminars and Airports Consultants Council. She enjoys being a leader of a multicultural staff of accomplished trainers and program designers that benefit airport staffs worldwide.
